1. Who we are

This website (fromsendr.com) is run by Jake Parsons and Tom Olney, trading together as FromSendr ("FromSendr", "we", "us"). You can contact us at jake@fromsendr.com.

2. Using this website

By using this website you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

You may use the site to find out about us and our services. You must not:

• use it in any way that breaks the law, or for anything fraudulent or harmful;
• try to get unauthorised access to the site, the server it's on, or anything connected to it;
• introduce viruses or other harmful code, or attack the site (for example with a denial-of-service attack);
• copy, scrape or reuse the site's content except as allowed in section 5.

We can change, suspend or withdraw the site, or any part of it, at any time without notice.

3. Information on this site

The content on this site is general information about email marketing and our services. It isn't advice for your particular business, and you shouldn't rely on it as such.

Statistics on this site come from the third-party sources named and linked next to them. They describe industry averages, not results we promise: what any brand achieves depends on its products, list, market and much else.

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that everything on it is complete, correct or current.

4. Our work and the brands shown

The emails on our work page are concept designs we created to show what we do. Unless we say otherwise, they were not commissioned, approved or sent by the brands featured in them.

Brand names, logos, product images and other trade marks that appear in those designs belong to their respective owners. Showing them doesn't mean those brands are connected with, endorse or sponsor FromSendr. If a brand asks us to remove a design, we will.

5. Who owns the content

We own, or are licensed to use, the content of this site: its text, design, layouts, graphics and our email designs (apart from the third-party trade marks and materials described in section 4). It's protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view the site and print or save a page for your own reference. You must not copy, reproduce, adapt or republish any of it, including our email designs, for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

6. Links to other websites

This site links to other websites, such as our statistics sources, Instagram and Calendly. We include them for your information only: we don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

7. Booking a call and working with us

Strategy calls booked through this site are free and don't oblige you, or us, to work together. Anything we discuss on a call is general guidance based on what you tell us.

If we do work together, the work may be covered by a separate written agreement between us, which would take priority over anything on this website.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to exclude or limit.

Otherwise, this website is provided free of charge and "as is", and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it or reliance on its content, including loss of profit, revenue, business or data.

We don't guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors or viruses. Please use your own virus protection.

9. Your privacy

How we use any personal data you give us is explained in our privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies, so please check back now and then. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute about them or the website will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
