Who we are
We are a small team of email marketing specialists, passionate about converting email channels into revenue streams for e-commerce brands.
We noticed an issue in the email marketing space: too many brands needed an email overhaul, but had to weigh up great design and copy vs. great strategy and deliverability. We wanted to create a service that could reliably provide both, integrating into and working alongside your brand to produce effective email flows and campaigns that are on-brand, on-message, and on-time.
Having worked with e-commerce brands for years before turning to email marketing, we understand how successful the email channel can become. There is nothing worse than seeing a brand with a great product and a great story, but no real email strategy to back it up.
What we do
We start by getting to know your brand and taking a proper look at your current email set-up. If we think we can help, we'll put together a plan that fits your brand and budget, whether that's a one-off flow build or managing your email month to month. Then we get on with it, and keep you posted on what's working.
How we're different
Many agencies focus on either the creative side of email or the technical side. We do both: emails that look good and read well, sent from an account that's set up properly and lands in the inbox. And because we're a small team, you deal directly with the people doing the work, not an account manager passing messages along.
